Pasta Making in Florence
Getting involved and making something together is so much fun especially when you are on holiday and it involves food and drink!! We joined a Pasta Making class for the evening and cooked our own supper! All the ingredients and tools were supplied and the lead chef was great at involving everyone and created a really fun sociable event! My 19 year old tossed the pasta ragu for the group and thoroughly enjoyed all the attention, plus we loved every minute too!

Guided Tour of Rome
Skip the queues to buy tickets and prebook a guided tour to key attractions. Enjoy fast track entry at a specific time and the services of a professional guide who will bring it all to life! Perfect for those with limited time wanting to make the most of their trip and a great way to entertain and educate teenagers! We toured Rome with our boys this Summer and the guide we booked was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining, he kept two teenagers fully engaged, so we have great shared memories of this trip as a result!
Flamenco & Tapas
Explore the cultural heritage of the country you are visiting by booking tickets to shows and events in advance. Did you know that the roots of Flamenco originally came to Spain from Rajasthan India between the 9th and 14th century, Roma migrants danced & sang with tambourine, bells and castanets! Ole!

Hidden Gems
Don’t assume that guidebooks will provide you with all the info you need to explore a holiday destination. Keeping up to date with a city’s social media is also a great way to find hidden gems that other visitors and tourists might have overlooked!
We found this bookshop / cinema on Instagram and paid it a visit during a rainy afternoon in Florence. WOW what a great find, check it out!
